About us

In its 25 years existence, Melbourne University Netball Club has transformed into one of the largest sporting clubs on its campus. With ten teams playing across various grades, we have a team to suit everyone.

MUNC competes at the State Netball Hockey Centre, in the Parkville Netball Competition whose website you can view here

In order to keep our competitive edge, our girls train weekly in addition to competing. Each team is part of a larger squad, with experienced coaches hired by the club to lead and train our squads. Our club philosophy is simple; we are a proud club, providing our members with the ability to play netball whilst having fun and staying fit and healthy. With our ultimate goal to win, we train hard and play hard.

Please note that you do not have to be a Melbourne University student to join the club.

There are 2 different types of memberships that the club offers, depending on which grade you play:

Premier Grade:

MUNC has 5 teams competing in Premier division 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. These teams compete at a high level and subsequently expectations for training and games are at a high level and strong commitment is a requirement.

A Grade:
